The newborn nights are brutal—chaotic, sleepless, and nonstop. We designed Babba to handle cooling and warming with a single button so parents can breathe a little easier through the stress. Born from Experience, Built for Parents
When my wife and I became parents, we quickly realized why parents referred to breast milk as “liquid gold”. Our precious newborn relied on it for life, it was difficult to produce, and it needed to be cold so it didn’t spoil - yet warmed prior to feedings. The 4th trimester is exhausting, especially for my wife, and there was nothing designed for parents that could both cool and warm breast milk.
Fortunately, I know quite a lot about the technology of cooling and warming: I co-founded the tech company RecoverX which created the world's first battery powered icepack and heating pad so athletes could easily prepare and recover from their workouts. Our company was acquired and our product is sold as Hyperice X (shown in the image to the left) and is now being used by world class athletes such as Patrick Mahomes, Christian McCaffery, Jayson Tatum, and Robin Arzon.
So with our new baby in ours hands and a desire to start another company, we set out to create a better experience for new parents by completely changing how parents handle breast milk: a single product that could refrigerate, store, warm, and feed breast milk for babies. An all-in-one product that is a gamechanger for the 4th trimester and beyond.
